Live Translation
Follow the Friday sermon (khutbah) with a live translation – right on your phone or computer. The translation appears sentence by sentence, and Quran verses are shown with their reference and an official translation.
📱 The live translation also works on your phone – just open the page with the button below, no app or download needed.
🕌 The live translation is active during the Friday sermon (Fridays at prayer time, see prayer times). Outside these times the page may be unavailable or show a standby message.
Tip: On the live page you can switch between the offered languages using the button in the top-right corner.
If nothing appears below, the translation is not running right now – please come back on Friday during the khutbah.
Behind the live translation is MinbarLive – an application we keep developing further. Since version 1.8.5 it sends the translation directly and encrypted (HTTPS) to our own website, where it is buffered without loss and displayed.
More about MinbarLive: meriah.de → We are happy to make MinbarLive available to other mosques as well – just get in touch.
The transmission runs through our own web space, without detour via an external service. See our privacy policy for details. →
